During the Internship Week, young people have the opportunity to get to know a new company every day. This allows them to gain exciting practical experience and insights into different companies—individually and without much effort! The internship days are planned individually, so participants can choose which days during the summer holidays they want to take part.
How it works
- Registration
Once an account has been created, the days when availability exists are selected. These can be scheduled flexibly throughout the entire program period. Next, the career fields to explore are chosen. Afterwards, a short personal introduction is written in the form of an “About Me” text.
Don’t worry—examples and helpful guidance are provided. - Automatic Placement
Once the profile is set up, active placement is started at the push of a button. Based on the selected career fields, suitable companies are then suggested.
The current status of the placement can be viewed at any time in the profile. As soon as a company confirms a placement, a corresponding notification is sent. - Exploring Careers
On the selected days, a new company is introduced each day. The internship days usually take place on-site at the companies and are designed to be engaging and varied by the trainers. Nothing stands in the way of starting the internship week and enjoying the anticipation!
