The “Network for Training and Employment” is the initiator and organizer behind wir4connectMe. Its cooperation partner is Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences at the Kamp-Lintfort campus.

The network brings together companies, organizations, institutions, and the wir4 Agency for Economic and Structural Development. Together, the network partners aim to create secure and future-oriented opportunities for young people in the region as well as for their own employees. The members are committed to high-quality education and training and develop initiatives that strengthen the recruitment of young talent and support skilled workforce development in local businesses.

wir4connectMe does not stand for just one location, but for the close collaboration and shared responsibility of all four cities: Moers, Kamp-Lintfort, Neukirchen-Vluyn, and Rheinberg.
