The“Network for Training and Employment in the Wesel District“ is the initiator and organizer behind the connect me fair. Cooperation partner is the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences at the Kamp-Lintfort campus.
The network for training and employment was formed in 2014 as an association of companies, organizations, and institutions. Together, the network partners pursue the goal of securing future-proof prospects locally for young people from the region and their own employees. The members are committed to good training and continuing education. They develop initiatives to strengthen the recruitment of junior staff and support the retention of skilled workers in local companies. The network promotes contact between students and companies to encourage employment of (foreign) students. The connect me fair has been in existence since 2014 and is held every fall at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences at the Kamp-Lintfort campus.
The network for training and employment is has grown over the years. It is always open to further corporate partners who want to get involved in securing skilled labor in the wir4 region* on the Lower Rhine.
